Cancellation Policy Agreement
At Dirty Blonde Studio, I take great pride in providing exceptional service and respecting the value of your time. As a small business, my time and financial viability ensures I can provide the exceptional
service you deserve and expect. Enforcing my cancellation policy is essential to delivering on those
expectations.
By booking an appointment, you agree to
my cancellation policy as outlined below:
Cancellation or Rescheduling: At Dirty Blonde Studio, I understand that life happens and I can’t always control unforeseen circumstances. I also understand that you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, and I will happily help you with that rescheduling with 24 hours notice so I can make the required schedule changes. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you will be required to pay 50% of the booked service, even if rescheduling to a later date and time.
Illness: If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment for another time. Your health and the health, and welfare of staff and other patrons, are very important to me. Please do not come to the salon if you are symptomatic. Please let me know as soon as possible if you are ill, and I will work to reschedule your appointment as soon as you are well. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to illness, and you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be required to pay 50% of the booked service, even if rescheduling to a later date and time.
To ensure efficient scheduling, as well as respecting the time of other clients I kindly request that you
refrain from changing your scheduled service within 24 hours of your appointment. In the event that
you do need to make a change, please be aware that a fee equal to half of the service will be charged.
For example, if you have booked a full custom color but decide to switch to a haircut on the day of your appointment or within 24 hours of it, we will need to apply the half fee of the original custom color service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter. These policies ensure that Dirty Blonde Studio can maintain its high standard of services and products.
It is important to note that getting hair services is a luxury, and I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in working with me to schedule appointments that are convenient for you. I strongly advise against taking limited time off of work, or other commitments, to receive my services. If you choose to do so, it is at your sole discretion, and Dirty Blonde Studio cannot be liable for any inconvenience or loss of income that may result due to additional time needed to complete any services.
I strive for excellence in every snip, color, and style. While I dedicate the utmost care and attention to
each service, I acknowledge that occasional miscommunications or unforeseen outcomes may occur.
Rest assured, I am committed to your satisfaction. Although I do not offer refunds, my priority is
ensuring you are delighted with your hair. If you feel I have not met your expectations, I am pleased tooffer one complimentary revision. Please contact me within two weeks of your appointment, and I will be happy to address your concerns.
Important Information: To maintain the quality of your hairstyle, it is essential to follow the care
instructions provided. These guidelines are designed to help you preserve your look. Remember -
beautiful hair requires regular maintenance and attention.

I have a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive and abusive behaviour. This includes verbal abuse, physical threats, intimidation, harassment, and any actions that cause harm or distress. I am committed toensuring the highest level of respect and courtesy for everyone I see, and I expect the same in return.
If a client acts inappropriately, I reserve the right to refuse service and/or any upcoming appointments.Any instance of aggressive or abusive behaviour will be addressed promptly and may result in the termination of services. We are all human beings doing our best, and I believe in maintaining a positive and respectful atmosphere for everyone.
